Well, I guess we made a good run? Apparently being highly requested for years didn't matter. I'll be honest, I don't have a ton of time to play video games anymore and I was excited for smash for the possibility of Isaac. Now that he is not base and won't be DLC, I'm probably going to pass on Ultimate. Trying not to be salty about being strung along this long.

They had something good going with additions like Ridley and K Rool. They really, really dropped the ball in the end this time. I feel bad because those character inclusions are so good and so deserved, but you've GOT to keep a roster that hypes people straight through to the end. This is so bad. Why are they always so bad at having good final character reveals?

Yeah I've lost my desire to get the game now.

Honestly, I feel mostly the same. It's been teased SO MUCH, with the Rathalos **** and all, and even that assumed "Growth Psynergy item" and all that ****ry... I mean, I still got King K.Rool, which seems like a miracle at this given point.

But at least, we can consider Isaac for next time...? Because Chrom, Dark Samus and a couple of other fighers also got upgrades. So there's a SMALL hope. For next game.

Words cannot describe how devastated I feel inside. I heard there was a leak spreading around, and I avoided all Nintendo news sources at that point hoping that Isaac could've been a part of it and maybe it was real. I didn't get my hopes up, but it all actually felt so possible.

Now I have to question whether I even want this game anymore. I can't believe they ended it like this.
