I'd rather Isaac got his own trailer. Every other newcomer has always gotten their own trailer (aside from when an echo character from their series is revealed alongside them) and I think Isaac, Golden Sun and it's fans deserve to have a trailer for themselves.
Actually, even the remakes count as a separate entries.
fates is just waaay too long. I feel like I went off about that in the discord, but Fates really should have just been one grand-slam one and done game w/ routes converging at parts possibly.

Fates was fanservice the game. The characters are terribly written. However, it’s hard to legit have a conversation talking about the flaws of fates with any die hard fan.
I agree its fanservice the game but the replayability and gameplay was the best in the series, for me at least. Of course, everyone likes and dislikes different things...
Agreed. I really like the idea of sun, moon and stars because if Isaac is in, I'll be beyooond happy. But I agree that Golden Sun deserves a solo trailer.

I don't think there's anyone that matches Isaac's popularity in Europe, unless there's some silent majority we have never ever heard about
Yeah... I mean I've had some decent conversations about it but I think it was just so all over the place. Three Houses is surely looking better.

King K Rool was one, since Rare was a British studio, but since he has now become a character, Isaac is now #1 in europe.
Well in the UK at least there's Banjo & Kazooie, Rayman and King K. Rool. As for the continent, I'm not too sure.

That is what I was thinking. K Rool, and some other characters had vocal fanbases just about everywhere. If Isaac is #1 in Europe Sakurai may want to please fans in Europe with a character. At least I hope he thinks that way.
It's pretty cool that they made a new DreamSmashers and it's from HeroOfWinds which is cool. I made the original Isaac Dream Smashers two years ago for the 15th Anniversary and it's nice that they provided a link to it
K. Rool's in, so that's one competitor towards Isaac down.
The only writer on it that's any good was stuck only doing the third path. At least that Shibuya game he's worked on is having a remake that'll be brought over...
And the other two are 3rd parties so that's another kettle of fish entirely.
It just wouldn't make sense, he literally has the biggest moveset potential! I can't think of a character with a bigger one =O, possibly Sora but you know, third party xD and even with that i'm still note even sure!
If you’re telling me the writer for The World Ends With You also wrote for Fates, you better be prepared to show evidence.
Yeah, I could see them announcing an Echo before a new character if the Echo wasn't based on that new character. But for a new character and Echo, the new character has to come first.

It would be pretty awkward if Felix showed up before Isaac in a trailer imo. The way I always imagined it, even before the Richter reveal, was that if Felix showed up as a costume (this was before we even knew about echoes) that he would show up halfway through to help Isaac fight some villain or something. I don't think Felix is gonna show up before Isaac if he is in it all.
Bayo was never a number 1 pick, that was a lie. We all know Bayo did not win the ballot.

That's totally fine you don't have support every character. What really matters is Sakurai hopefully doesn't share your opinion.
