Well in that case you're not really immune to scaphism because that's over a period of weeks, and a tight rope is able to fix anything too.
Still, I think it's too much. Just cut it to two elements which you can use indefinitely.

Rey, about your comment a few pages back--

Does me not believing in macro-evolution automatically mean I'm a creationist? Hell no. It's assumptions like that that make our world a bad place to have debates in.

I do believe, however, in Intelligent Design of some sort, and that we all didn't crawl out of a primordial soup. I can point out myriads of logical fallacies and impossibilities with the theory of evolution, but I'm not going to right now, partly because I'm dead tired and about to crash on my dorm bed.

Do I belive in the Christian God? No. Do I believe in a god per-se? Probably. I switch between agnosticism and atheism depending on my mood.

It does. Seven in ancient Hebrew texts is metaphoric for infinity. Genesis isn't the only place where that's referenced; I believe in the New testament Jesus was quoted saying that we must forgive our enemies 7^777^777 (or something like that) times. I doubt he meant do the math, I'm pretty sure he meant forgive always. The reason I dislike creationists is because they often complain about evolution, and go on with the bible but they don't even know this. The problem is that back when the old testament was written... well, do you really expect that people of that time could grasp the meaning of infinity? No, so the writers just used a specific number with greater meaning instead. In fact, by saying that the world is still being created, the bible is probably the first documents on evolutionary theories! Fascinating, isn't it?

The problem I have with creationists in general is that the Bible's God is a horrific god. Someone who ****s people to Hell just for not accepting Jesus Christ as their personal savior is not a God I'd like to spend eternity with.

That being said, I'm off to bed. Just wanted to get that out of the way. You gave me some pretty low blows a few pages back.
