Now with the weekend's trip out of the way, just figured I'd bring this thread back up in order for us to discuss any future events anybody's planning.

MCC may be doing something post-Christmas, so any details on that as it's figure it out would be nice.

Wes you are garenteed a seat because you've missed the last two. As for everyone else we will have to figure out trasportation somehow. Might have to start taking the Jeep which can seat 4 others. i'll probably chill up at renths to give others beds to sleep in, and then come back the next day.

I going to go ahead assume that nothing will be happening this Friday at Duquesne seeing as they are out for break (or are they?). Any way we should try to put something together this weekend at either mine (I'm Matt from the MCC by the way) or Rob's house (if he is willing). I know I could host for sure, my parents never have a problem with people beeing over, the only thing is none of you have been to my house before and its sorta difficult to get to (even though its like 3 minutes from Rob's, there just happen to be alot of one way streets and such that make it confusing). Anyway if your willing to deal with some difficulty finding my place I am willing to host something this weekend or even anytime over break. I already have 2 set ups in my basement (a projector and a TV) and then 2 more TVs that only need Gamcubes (SSBM and Mem Cards needed too). If you'd rather go to Rob's again then we'd just have to talk to him about it and see when he is available and such.


Just putting the offer out there if anyone is interested in trying to put something together over the break.

-I'd like to also request seating for the next trip to Colver, but I'm willing to give it up in the event that seats are limited and anybody who hasn't yet gone wants that seat instead.

-Cowboy: as a back-up to the above, keep me in mind if you can ever offer rides. You know my transportation is a *****.

-Matt: first off, sorry, but which MCC member are you (what character)? I have the stupid feeling I've met you and never realized it.

Also, if you plan on hosting something this weekend, I'd probably be able to head down on Saturday, but Friday is impossible for me (no transportation). I've been really wanting to play all you guys again, so I hope the scheduling can work out. If so, I'll be there if it kills me.

I will alan. My problem is just that these things are always planned for the weekend and I'll be working 24-32 hours every weekend for the near future. But you got a seat if I can ever actually make one of these things. Friday, however, I might be able to manage if people do anything.

We don't need anyone to risk their life now. Cause you know, you have more of a chance of dying when going to buy a lottery ticket than actually winning the lottery.

When is the first possible date after break when we can have a fest. Also, our parents don't want another full weekend shindig for a while, but a day and night thing will be okay.

Additionally, you guys could always have a tournament thing to find out whos going.

And lastly, do you guys plan on going to TGP or SITC2?

A-Laon, I've only seen you once at the one crew battle we had at Duquesne. I think you came late wih someone else and you guys joined in halfway through (it may have been playafritz?). At the time I was playing a pretty crappy Falco, since then I've started work on ICs and Falcon.

So anyway to sum it up I doubt you remember me and I remember you vagely, but you have played alot more with my other friends (Corey, Evan, Rob) seeing as they have been able to make it out to both Cybercons and almost all the Smashfests at Duquesne and I have heard good things abou your Falco from them. So yeah it'd be great to get to play you at some point and time if we can get something together.

If PockD and Wes are heading to this TGP tournament over the winter break and it doesn't fall on a day where I'm busy, I'd certainly look into attending there. There'll probably be a few days over break where I'm just bored out of my mind.

And next semester I should have a bit of a lighter workload so I'll get back into the smash scene, but yeah like always, I'm more of a smash-on-weekday-afternoons person, instead of playing the game on a Friday or Saturday. It's college weekends people... as amazing as Smash is, these weekends are just too precious.

Yes, I love smashing with you guys (the spam battles with Evan's samus, the freakishly intense control-wars against Rob's YL, and getting utterly destroyed by Cory's Peach) so I'd love to hook up with you sometime as well. Hell, if you still have any interest in Falco, I wouldn't at all mind helping you out with him.

So yes, if you can work something out for, preferably, Saturday this weekend, I may be able to join you. Unfortunately, this still proves rather tricky for me as I'm without my own transportation and my rides may be limited due to Christmas weekend. Honestly though, if you and the rest of MCC wouldn't mind a bit of a drive (potentially an hour long if traffic in Pittsburgh is bad, but possibly only half an hour otherwise) I would gladly try to host something for the lot of you anytime you guys are interested (and just not to raise any questions, I can't really hold anything for SCS seeing as, unlike MCC, the members are spread out wildly, and hence getting them together to travel to my remote household would be a horrible inconvenience). You're definitely some of my favorite smashers alongside my own fellow crew members.

Anyway, I guess we could take all this to PMs or aim: moaw91
