I've loved Shaberu since Kirby's FS Update and it is my favourite track to use on the stage although admittedly, it's always hard to choose between it and Mii Shop Channel. Lip's Theme, I just can't get into.

I think the Opening Theme from WiiSports just sounds SO good alongside with Lip's Theme which comes in second.
The worst is IMO Wii Shop Channel. And I really dislike the new Dr. Mario theme >_> They should NOT have changed it!
