I've been wanting to do a stage edit or two for a while now, but unfortunately, my ideas have pretty much run dry. If anyone has an idea they've been wanting to see but are unable to do themselves, post it here - just be aware that stages have way more textures than characters and are much harder to find the exact pieces for, so I'm not going to be doing every single request. Maybe the first two or three or something, or a handful of the ones I think are the most interesting ideas. Just nothing too impossibly difficult.

Texture hack the background of Pictochat to have several poorly drawn ***EDIT:Censored for mentioning man's secret body part*** on it to correctly reflect pictochat conversations.
If I knew how to texture hack custom stages, remaking the Melee ones would be one of my top priorities.
Angel Island Act 2 should be feasible, that stage doesn't have too many textures.
Rainbow Cruise and FD, on the other hand, do. The best I could do for a fire effect would be recoloring all the clouds and galaxies reddish-orange, because actually replacing them makes it look like crap.
PenorChat would be easy.
How exactly would a FalconWare stage look? If you can give me some ideas, I could try it.

Well, I was thinking of turning the pig into a falcon head, and then using a stage pallet more like falcon's default costume. Perhaps work in falcon's character symbol somewhere in there, too, if possible.

Modify Bridge of Eldin to be a Halo stage, making the bridge an energy bridge, like this:
It should be possible using transparent textures, it would look really cool, people would love it, and you could put in some custom Halo music to boot.
As for what to do with the horseman...I have a few ideas, but I'd focus on the bridge and background first.

These have already been done.
Does anyone have a link to some really high quality stage hacks? All I've seen so far are ten-minute jobs of NES Mushroomy Kindgom and replacing all the FD textures with Giygas. Admittedly that wasn't such a bad idea, but still.

Pretty much all the stage hacks are like that. The only one I've seen that's pretty well-done is the Peach's Castle one for Luigi's Mansion; it was posted here, so you can find it by searching.

Holy ****! It's the best stage ever.
I suggest adding pictures of his car to the smaller platforms and then writing out 'Show Me Your Moves' across the bottom two bigger platforms.

I would, except I can't find the plain yellow and pink textures for the platforms ;~;
And if I could, most flat textures just use one 2x2 square stretched out instead of a full size rectangle, meaning too small to write anything on.

Ah I see. Well getting the blue Falcon in there somewhere on the stage would be really nifty.
It would be possible to replace the potted flower in the background with the Blue Falcon, but I can't think of any good ways to do that without it looking completely out of place.
The Loco Roco Island idea was pretty cool, I'm gonna see if I can't attempt that one later.
And I almost want to try the bridge idea just to see if I can.

Aren't the plain yellow and pink textures Tile O and Tile P? They're 256x256. I guess some part of it is used for the top.

Kidding, it's possible to edit the words that appear for a challenge - as well as the textures in the microgames themselves - since they appear as separate textures. I don't see the point, though, since anyone able to use texture hacks is probably playing with a frozen WarioWare anyway.
And sorry for the direct link, I'll try and edit it later. Right now the STGMADEIN.PAC isn't appearing in my folder when I view it.

And I'm gonna have to second the others about trying to get the blue falcon or "Show me ya moves!" somewhere on there. Maybe messing with some of the other colours to make it look a bit more falconish, too.

Could you maybe make Yoshi's Island (Brawl) Paper Mario-esque or some other sort of Mario game-esque? Sorry, I can't really think of what I'd like, but I think Yoshi's Island (Brawl) has potential. Also the change of shyguys is cool too.
Besides that, could you make one of these stages: FD, Delfino, or Smashville (if currently possible) into King Dedede's boxing ring from Super Star/Super Star Ultra? Top Left screen, in the pic, by the way.
Something awesome with maybe the background of the audience and the picture of Dedede's face on the middle of the floor? I'd think FD would be best for this.

I'm not quite sure some people are getting it - FD's background is a boatload of semi-transparent clouds, bits of smoke, fog, galaxies, planets, and space debris. Same with Bridge of Eldin, Smashville, and pretty much any other stage - I can't just stick a flat background in there, I can only recolor and replace the textures that are already there. I'm going to try some of these the best I can, but again, I can't promise perfect results.

Actually, I had a thought. Can Yoshi's Island (Brawl) have a flat background, or something close? It'd be cool if you could make the background brown with the chocolate islands/mountains from Super Mario World. That and the stage could be brown with some gray on the platforms. If you figure out how to change the shyguys, maybe make them paragoombas =)
