MN Smash is back up... However all they could get back was of that up to Oct. 11th 2008. So anything after that is gone. I will make an announcement about it so that everyone can read and know what happened lol...

Edit: Looks like it's down again T_T...

Sure was interesting.

Hope there will be more people next time, though there was a lot that didn't enter either Brawl/Melee Singles.

I know Deepak asked me to give him a ride when the next one comes up since we live kinda close, but I don't have any way of contacting him since MN Smash boards are kinda dead for the most part.

Yeah, it's not really dead. Sure the chatbox might be quiet at times, but I can guarantee you if you make a topic, it will get replies (as long as it's not a dumb topic). Also, you can PM deepak for his number on MNsmash. He's on there quite often.

Er, I see what happened.

Apparently it never sent me an activation e-mail so everything was disabled, it just gave me an error that "this option is not avalible at this time" when I tried to do anything..very misleading.

I assumed because I heard it was dead that it was normal, but everything is working fine now that I resent the activation.

Next tournament you can probably expect about 4 smashers from White Bear Lake. Is this the only tourny in the twin cities or an I missing a lot?

Usually about once a month or so there is one in Minneapolis hosted by Yoshii known as the Beezo series. Besides us two, no one really hosts tournaments, though there are several people that have smashfests around here on a weekly basis.

Planning on being there myself, with 1, possibly 2 others. I can bring a setup if needed.

The three of us that might come play almost exclusively Melee, but I used to play some Brawl. Can't imagine I'll do too well in Brawl with that experience, but I've got a decent Marth and Falco in Melee, so this should be interesting.

Me, and 2 maybe 3 others from Moorhead MN are coming to #11. I play falco and ganon. My bud plays marth/fox and my other bud is a ***** (peach/jigglypuff). see you guys on Jan 17th and make sure you bring money so I can win it all from you

Brawl teams, Melee Singles this week. 5 dollars per person per event.

4 was too many events for the time constraints I had last time, so I'll be hosting both games each biweekly, trading which event will happen for each one each time. (2 weeks from now or whenever the next one is will be melee teams brawl singles)

Make sure to check the updated stage lists, there's been a few changes that were new last time and will remain this time.
