I wonder if we'll get a leak on April Fools that has a WTF character, we all disregard it because we think it's a joke, and it ends up being real... :ohwell:

Which would be absolutely glorious, since there are many a leak/rumor that go something like either "Pokemon Trainer is cut" or "Pokemon Trainer returns with new Pokemon" or "Charizard is his own character this time around". Getting Trainer confirmed would finally destroy any and all leaks containing misinformation about Pokemon Trainer... that and that alone would make me pleased.

I can't remember the exactly reason it was debunked, but I'm pretty sure someone did.

Actually, about the modified web page, that was just some guy on GameFAQs who made a mockup to show how it could have been faked and then everybody seized on it and said it was the actual page the leak had been faked from.

Am I the only one that believes in GaeozHero Leak? Diddy Kong was confirmed this month and we still have tonight and tomorrow to see this newcomer that uses puzzles? Puzzles, Prof. Layton anybody? The new Prof. Layton comes out on Friday in the US. I know Nintendo doesn't own Layton but at this point hes pretty much an honorary Nintendo character. Why not have him for smash?

So the with todays POD I just realized that all assist trophies have glued fingers in the Wii U version. In fact in the 3ds version even most of the characters fingers are like that. But in the Palutena leak since her fingers are not glued it shows that she is a playable character. Now whether the leak is true or not that is still up to speculation. But as depicted in the leak she would be playable.

well so many leaks debunked (and i'm not sure why anyone would want waluigi in[no offence to people who wanted him in]) but still...SO MANY LEAKS DEBUNKED!

And there have been what, 2 or 3 humanoid AT characters revealed so far? I'd hardly call that a rule. And Skull Kid's thumb is at least separate.

Edit: Looking back at the them none of them were even doing anything that would require finger separation.

Exactly. What Assist trophy would need to move their fingers? none. thats why they have glued fingers on the more powerful system. The 3ds being the inferior of the two would rely more on characters having glued fingers. I mean have you seen Wii Fit trainer? gross man... If Skull kid has his thumb separated in the Wii U version then if he is on the 3ds version he will probably just get circles or something.

Ashley's thumb is separated too. Palutena only has her thumb separated too. I just don't see how any of this helps confirm or deconfirm anything about that leak

Yea. I kinda don't want to get into it about the Palutena leak either. Just that Palutena's hands seem to change position while holding the staff different ways. If it wasn't a fighter then her hands would be how Waluigi's are. They wouldn't be able to change position. But if you don't see it then thats fine by me. I'm over speculating stuff thats been over speculated because theres nothing to speculate.

Yeah. I didn't think having paint open was weird. No one is going to be able to do a fake that nice in paint. He'd probably use photoshop if it is a fake.
