the voice: Pretty much melee but with cool winquotes like Japan got in Melee
the remaining colours: Oh how many are there? I dunno, I just want...something similar to ROB's virtual boy, like a Red Mewtwo with a Black tail? Red and Black are one of my fav combos. Ooh, maybe one color where most of Mewtwo is unchanged but his tail and eyes are bright purple haha <3
his victory theme: Maybe a techno remix of a short excerpt of Gen 1's battle theme, like in his boss theme in Pokemon Rumble. Or an instrumental of the anime's original theme, specifically "POOOKEEEMOOOOON! Gatta catch em all - Gatta catch em ALL! PO KE MON!" an instrumental of that with fitting instruments would be cool!
tier placement: Eh, wherever.
customs: That's a lot! But okay...
Maybe a hover that goes real far but doesn't have a hitbox, but you can angle it anywhere? Like Duck Hunt? Maybe down-b stuns opponents (like with the shock effect) but sends them flying if you dont hit em so you can set up up-smash or spike or somethin instead but uh...the stun lasts less long. I dunno, theres too many possibilities!
