he kicked everyone out after it ended.

anyway, dope ended up playing mikey first round, and mikey won. then dope proceeded to make little boys cry through the losers bracet, before facing mikey again, whom he then beat. but for some reason mikey didnt get 2nd place (i dont think), some guy called rio did. the guy running the tourney was really anal about everyone following every little rule though, which was kinda annoying.

doubles were all right, some random guy teamed with a lvl 9 falco. it was pwning lain for a minute there too. anyway mikey and rio won doubles. for some reason dope didnt stay to win doubles too.

if anyone was wondering, i won first round while discovering its possible for jiggy to CC>rest on peaches dsmash. fun stuff. then i lost my next two rounds to a samus and a marth. i hate marth.

lain, you need to learn to NOT CROUCH CANCEL PEACHES DSMASH!!! i lost count of how many times you did in that peach ditto. you probably would have won if you hadnt done that every time.

oh, and mikey, 2 dollar zelda ditto MM next time maybe??? i might have almost been close that first one if i hadnt SDed so much...hahaha.

Anyway, yeah, I lost to Firebrand too. But at least I learned to stop DIing Sheik's tilts in the worst way possible. Some guy with the tag BUTT I beat in two Peach dittos that took 6 minutes each, lol. I really envy lain for ending up in the East brackets >_>

If Sheikan7 was ZYTH, I remember when roll-dodging back and forth was unstoppable. Unforunately, that was over half a year ago for me and much, much longer ago for quite a few good players. Seriously, don't spam the rolls.

i thought it was funny that the guy i send to the losers bracket first round ends up eliminating lain from the tournament, and then i proceed to lose my MM with lain.

and bowser challenges are fun! we should have a tourney for just those.

i was fun. Got eliminated by mikey out of winners. eliminated by dope out of loser's bracket. it was pretty amazing playing dope for the first time. i'm a bit disappointed that i completely choked (not that i would've won), but it was pretty fun.

ankoku didn't have money for teams, so i teamed with lain and got 2nd behind mikey and nario.

malice, that was probably the most fun tournament match i've ever played. good stuff.

the brackets were messed up because they were split between two divisions and mikey and dope got put in the same divisions. It was ******** and had the winner of the loser bracket (dope) play the winner of the winner bracket in that division before playing the winners of the other division. Although firebrand said they hoped to have that fixed if they do another tourney, it really screwed mikey over.

the last stock in mikey's 3rd game against Dope in the winner's bracket was pretty crazy. I don't think I've ever seen a peach combo a space animal that brutally.

ehh i was MICK, but I didn't do so well to a Jigglypuff and a Samus =(
the samus i faced was named LOCK and he did this nice wavedash. and was near impossible to KO him off the side, because he'd hookshot or bomb his way as long as he didn't die, stopped my edgeguarding too.

Anyways, I came close to them both with 1 to 1. But you win some, you lose some. I had a nice time and it was my first one =X

petre it was fun. but really, dthrow to usmash as peach. ; ) maybe you should try a higher tier. i think you'd do really well if you did. and crouch cancelling her dsmash is pretty fun. especially when it makes me lose my match to a moron peach player. : /

Thanks for the program, i will look that up for sure. And yes, the brackets were a bit messed up, but I think that once things got rolling we got moving and finished up pretty quickly with nobody really all that upset.

And LAIN! I did play you! You beat my Ganon and I cant seem to recall if you beat my luigi (i'm thinking not), and I beat you with shiek, remember? And immedietly afterwards we did some random team games. I go by Zero in our tournies.

does any one know where the term "oldest trick" came from, my current roommate and i started using the term like 1/5 yrs ago, but i don't know if we made it up or if we just heard it somewhere. Oh, and lain, i heard you got several oldest trick KO's, good work.

I'm thinking of having one at planetx on the June 30, but it depends on firebrands response to my PM, which he hasn't responded to yet... There will be a venue fee, what i'm trying to do is get him to lower/ eliminate it for those who bring tvs, cubes, and vid equipment.
