Sora: A new perspective on why he might make it

Del-boy was right on the money. One GBA appearence shouldn't mean that he deserves to be in Brawl. Especially when there are other 3rd party characterswho have shown more support for Nintendo.

I do think that was a bad argument but there are many argument of why Sora should not be in brawl and not many to say why he would be in and still then they are not very good(I know you said fit but I just what to post some arguments to say why he should not).

1. If Sora is in brawl people are going to stat to wanting Donald Duck, Goofy, Merlin, Aladdin and soon after that the characters polls are going to be full of characters like that and it will be hard pick what characters should be in.

2. The Sora is not deserving as they Kingdom Hearts games has only had one game for a Nintendo systems(one more coming out but it does not help a lot and you don’t play as Sora in it) and is mainly on Sony systems.

3. Square Enix’s Final Fantasy series and Dragon Quest series are a lot more deserving, shows what type of games they make better and they have a lot more fans so would help brawl to sell a lot better then if Sora was in.

4. Sora is owned by two companys so it would be a lot hard and would be longer, so it would be at the costs of two characters.

5. One of the bests reasons of why Sora should be in is that he has a Keyblade so would not be a another sword user but a blade is a sword so it is a Keysword.

So here are 5 reasons and there are many more as well.

And I've said this many times (and now it seems like I'm being defensive, but this is my true stance) -- I am a supporter of Sora but that does not mean he *will* or that *I want* him in the game. I just think it'll be a great WTF character for Brawl, especially if he's going to be the key (laugh here) to launching future Kingdom Hearts games for Nintendo (like 358/2 Days for the DS and perhaps KHIII for the Wii).

But I see you guys' points and I have nothing much else to say because they are true. But I don't know about people wanting Donald, Goofy and Mickey in, because that's just pushing it too far.

It's just that, I don't think sakuri wants another snake in brawl, even in the form of cloud or squal, sora seems like he would fit right in with nintendo, plus a roomer is going around that KH3 will be on the wii, and like for roy, it would be great publicity

Slime would be a much better choice for advertising than Sora.

DQIV came out this month in Japan, DQV is coming in Spring, DQVI in Summer, and DQIX in Winter.

A whole year of Dragon Quest to promote.

If people are wondering why I said Sora doesn't fit in with smash bros, heres why.

Sora belongs in a magical made up universe full of figures that use spells. The majority of smash bros characters wouldn't fit in with Sora's universe because they are more or less, sci-fi. Before anyone says, Ike wouldn't fit in either. Sure he uses spells, but how often do you see him using attacks? None. Fire Emblem isn't a magical game like KH is. Smash Bros, based on the story line, is more of a serious tone than the nature of the KH tone is.

Before you said KH doesn't have a serious tone I did not understand one thing you said, your not making sense. I am taking about Cecil Harvey, Terra Branford, Chocobo, Clavats and Mog what are not thing like snake.

KH3 will be more than likely on the ps3 becuase the are working on FF13V gameplay for the KH3 and it would be better publicity for them to put in Cecil Harvey or Chocobo or Clavats or the new Hero from DQ9.

Sakurai Isnt Picking People Because they are important. If He Picked people from Important games. We'd Have someone from guitar hero as a 3rd Party character, because GHIII is selling like crazy. (for all systems) hes picking Popular characters.


Besides, There arent any FF characters on Sakurai's pole. but there is Sora. :O

I mean, the first game was on the NES. Nintendo had six games from Square before FFVII, and after that, they got a ton of stuff from Square on the DS. In KH's case, they got a KH spin-off that was remade for the PS2, and a game starring Roxas. Sora isn't really important to Nintendo at all.

Now, Slime would be the best choie of them all.
