I was gonna have Gaster kill her using several by firing off Gaster Blasters at once similar to Sans' boss fight, but when she alluded to having her own plans I figured he would logically spare her :V

The Army from Hell. Nobody knows the origin of the organization that would eventually name themselves S.H.O.C.K.E.R., but their founder who calls himself the Great Leader always viewed humanity as a self-destructive mess of a species, and thus amassed an army of both the scientific and magical resources to modify like-minded humans to dominate the world. But they would set their own path to destruction in 1971, when they kidnapped young prodigy Takeshi Hongo and modified him into a super soldier cyborg to control, who instead used his new abilities against them, becoming Kamen Rider 1, the first in a long-lasting legacy of heroes that would stop them and various monsters for eons to come.

Destron, G.O.D., Black Satan, Dai-S.H.O.C.K.E.R., those are a few of the names that the malign organization has operated under for years, expanding their ranks until managing to include various other races and organizations that have been defeated by the Kamen Riders, be they Beastmen, Gorgom, Grongi, Orphnochs, Worms, Fangires, Doppants, Bugsters, Another Riders, Meggids, Jyamato, and so on, forming a large and varied army joined by their hatred of humankind and the Kamen Riders that have defeated them over and over.

Their united wish is to dominate the world, subjugating mankind into slavery if not downright consume and kill them all, and most importantly, the elimination of all Kamen Riders.

Crisis Fortress: Long Live, to the Crisis Empire: Rank A, Anti-Army type.
A large and malign flying organism whose interiors were modified by the alien Crisis Empire, enemies to Kamen Rider BLACK RX. Though ultimately destroyed by him, it was eventually resurrected once Crisis annexed to S.H.O.C.K.E.R., and has served as the main headquarters for the organization ever since. Loyal to the cause, the Crisis Fortress will spit its fire breath upon enemies of S.H.O.C.K.E.R., at a range that can cover various mountains with its flames.
Big Machine: Glory to our Great Leader: Rank EX, Anti-World type.
The ultimate weapon of the organization that the Great Leader’s very own soul pilots, a large super robot that creates destruction through its path with powerful stomps. The most powerful incarnation however, was able to succesfully alter the timeline to put all existing Kamen Riders by then under S.H.O.C.K.E.R.’s command, and since that succesfully albeit eventually foiled attempt, more than one attempt has been done to rebuild it.
