While I don't know of his current whereabouts, I do recall Lily and Star mentioning that he might still be alive, as well as that the spell book was not completely destroyed. Glossaryck was usually straightforward with my lessons, but he also kept much to himself.

If he's out there, I'm certain he'll leave clues to his whereabouts when he believes the time is right.
