Well, usually we just find them lying around random spots in towns, forests or beaches, but there's been rare occasions where they...did kinda just suddenly show up out of thin air. No idea why.

-While these Exterminator Robonoids turn out to be more durable than most of those used by the Gem empire, they were still Aquamarine's only backup against Chaldea after Topaz defected, and so most ended up being either badly damaged or basically destroyed before she had to escape-
