After nearly completing it, I can say with certainty that Super Mario RPG had a really fantastic remake.

I got the game myself for Christmas, so I've got to try it out soon.

TTYD is one remake I have high expectations for in particular.

If you've played the original, you'll notice the new mechanics and changes really make the game significantly easier, to the point where I question why they added an Easy Mode on top of that (but no Hard Mode?)

However, the post-game they advertised is no joke. It's not big but it has a good chunks of fights both crazy and unique.

None of the new features or changes are bad, per se. A lot of them actually bring a lot of value and depth to the game so you don't just always pick the same party members.
