Super huntress instincts engage! I can totally do thi!"- ...She's only able to follow a short trail of destruction and the scene immediately cuts to her dejectedly saying "Yeah, I can't do this..."

The floating head of "Sprig" just manifests a hand to give a thumbs-up in response, accompanied by a "cha-ching!" sound effect-

-Upon trying to eat some mud, she's disgusted and practically spits it out, and questions what the point trying this even is...until she picks up a distinct flavor from it that doesn't belong in the ground, and says "I'm tasting something. I'm getting...Polly's biscuits!" the biscuit residue having been left in the ground on the creature's way back. And given the path she found this clue on, she realizes which way the creature went next and follows it's from there. "Sprig" cheers her on, and despite most likely being a hallucination, "it's" presence is still helping her recall the steps and advice about hunting the real Sprig shared with her earlier, so she notes "With you guiding me, we might just be able to pull this off. Now come on, Hallucination Sprig!" This leads into this short musical montage-

Anne asks what the heck the creature even is, and Hallucination Sprig dubs it a Scropolio, half-scorpion, half-wolf. Anne can only respond "Yeesh...That i s one messed up horoscope."-

-As the Scorpolio prepares to eat the Plantars, Sprig and Hop Pop scream in terror while Polly even yells "I SHOULD'VE EATEN MORE BISCUITS!". "Sprig" reminds Anne of step two: use the environment. This gives Anne the idea to dig a big hole in the ground, then cover it up with numerous leaves, creating a hidden pitfall. It takes her longer that she'd like to dig the hole, so while "Sprig" panics about the Plantars, saying "Kinda running out of time here" Anne asks him "Well, how about giving me a hand?!" An annoyed "Sprig" just bluntly tells her "Think about what you just said...", reminding Anne that he's a hallucination and prompting her to finish setting up the trap faster-

Anne asks what the heck the creature even is, and Hallucination Sprig dubs it a Scropolio, half-scorpion, half-wolf. Anne can only respond "Yeesh...That i s one messed up horoscope."-

-As the Scorpolio prepares to eat the Plantars, Sprig and Hop Pop scream in terror while Polly even yells "I SHOULD'VE EATEN MORE BISCUITS!". "Sprig" reminds Anne of step two: use the environment. This gives Anne the idea to dig a big hole in the ground, then cover it up with numerous leaves, creating a hidden pitfall. It takes her longer that she'd like to dig the hole, so while "Sprig" panics about the Plantars, saying "Kinda running out of time here" Anne asks him "Well, how about giving me a hand?!" An annoyed "Sprig" just bluntly tells her "Think about what you just said...", reminding Anne that he's a hallucination and prompting her to finish setting up the trap faster-

Dark Pit: "Not my fault he has such basic tastes."

They made a 2D Mario game that I enjoy more than Mario World.

I haven't picked Wonder up yet,, but the game looks genuinely phenomenal and full of charm so far.

I've been lots of praise about an early level called Piranha Planta on Parade in particular.

I haven't picked Wonder up yet,, but the game looks genuinely phenomenal and full of charm so far.

I've been lots of praise about an early level called Piranha Planta on Parade in particular.

Yeah, can absolutely agree with the praise there. It's ridiculous in the best way

If you like 2D Mario (or 2D platformers in general), I heavily recommend picking this up
