It's no issue, really. I imagine it's not that different from having a contract with a Servant, albeit, in this case you two inhabit the same physical vessel. Which itself is not terribly different from the cases of certain Servants themselves such as Rin Tohsaka and the goddess Ishtar and Sakura and the goddess Parvati.

Still, all factors considered, you two do collectively sound like you considered Foreigner-class fighters. Almost all of Chaldea's members are categorized under the same classes based on their abilities, choice of weapons and/or fighting styles as well.
