You're in a good and safe place, where no one can hurt you", Natsuki nods once more, though Yuri's only touching her shoulders, her racing pulse can be felt through. She suggests to do a breathing exercise together, all she has to do is listen to her breaths and breath along her. Yuri takes a deep slow breath, beneath her hands she can feel Natsuki's shoulders rise as she mimics her. They exhale together, although Natsuki's breath shakes on the way out-

She tells her to focus on the physical world, all she has to do is focus on the feeling of her breaths going in and out, and the weight of her hands on her shoulders, telling her she0s in a safe and comfortable physical space-

-Minutes pass in silence. By now the worst of it has passed, but Yuri is determined to not move away until Natsuki prompts her to. Meanwhile, Natsuki has lifted her head off her knees, and hear breathing has mostly steadied. Then, she takes a final deep breath and slowly pulls herself to her feet, causing Yuri to let go. She stretches her arms. She says she's sorry and didn't mean to freak out, not knowing what her own deal is, Yuri assures her she didn't need to, this must be enormously stresfful for her-
