-Predictably, Garfiel easily tore through them as Subaru begged him to stop killing, and begged Patrasche to just let him go, especially upon seeing she was also injured with an eye destroyed. But Patrasche instead used her remaining strength with her snout to throw Subaru away to save him, Subaru's vision blurry as he sees her before she's stomped and killed by Garfiel-

-It was then however, the jewel Frederica gave him glew, as it transported him elsewhere-

-He was confused as he advanced, wondering what was going on, rememembering those at the mansion, he told himself to keep moving. No one remained in the village. No one. Even their clothes were left, as if they just disappeared. Subaru didn't get it, where is everyone? Even Roswaal was gone-

-The entire region was covered in snow, and Subaru wondered more as he walked... It was then he saw a very small rabbit-
