This actually sounds incredibly awesome lol.

Shockwave being defeatedwith the exact opposite of logic and rationality is pure irony and I love it. Soundwave and Fluttershy stuff sounds wholesome, as does does the Spike and Grimlock stuff as you previously mentioned.

-THEN SOME LARGE FIREBALL ATTACKED AND DISSIPATED THE SPIRITS, with her looking up to see the red spirit from before as the culprit, saying that he can't wait to make her squirm more, descending and revealing himself in a burst of flames... As Emilia recognised his voice-

-The grunt that tried to kidnap her from before, who was absorbed and given power by Melakuera as he sensed how much he wanted revenge on her-

-Emilia in tears says she understands his grudge against her, but also asks him why he killed her spirits. His answer? "that way I would make you cry"-

Even when upset though, Emilia tells him his beef is just with her and to leave anyone else alone, he doesn't cares and calls her a demon because half-elf, a return of the Witch of Envy-

-Emilia then realizes... Well, she's a half-elf, she really is different from everyone else, she wonders, is that why she was the only one who awoke from freezing? Did she cause everyone she knew to freeze? She doesn't gets it, she can't remember well... What happened? Why are things that way? She even begs answers to the grunt while her voice cracks, who obviously replies he doesn't knows-

-She is in tears, everyone hating her just because of how she was born, and both the grunt and Melakuera say that her being alive her sin-

-Melakeura tells him her existence will bring ruin to this world, he be like "She's just a crying girl and you sent the Black Snake at her, asshole! How can you not forgive her?!", the fire spirit says it's destiny... Puck be like "Destiny...?"-

-It's then that the narrating voice from the start of the movie is heard again, saying "The more you interfere with her, your existence, your memories, your feelings, your goal. All of it will begone", to then flashback to him finding her frozen in ice-

-Back in the present, Puck smiles and says "We won't lose, because there's something stronger than destiny!"-

-The voice is hear again "That would mean, you'll cease to exist"-

-And back to the present, Puck offers her a contract!-
