The more I came to know of Seraphix's inner workings and secrets, the more excited I grew. There was the standard crew, and there was the crew with special privileges. Oil harvesting, and magical energy harvesting. A day staff, and a night staff.

It was inevitable that friction would develop between the different groups. Every night, I dealt with countless patients at my position at the church. "I want to go back to land." "I'm tired of dealing with everyone." "I want to die." "They should shut this place down." They should expand it." After listening to all sorts of complains, I was wondering why Seraphix was even created. I have no doubt whatsoever it was made with the highest of ideals. Those ideals just turned out to be too big to be compatible with the way most people's minds work.

January 2019, something strange is happening. We lost contact with the outside world and strange accidents keep happening around the facility. The nearly two hundred people left are in a constant state of mild fear. Many people were injured. As a therapist, I've been joining the medical team to help victims on site.

That's when I saw something I should never have seen.

And witnesses a large chimeric demonic beast confronting what looks like a black slime, which effortlessly defeats and consumes the demon, which seems to spot and begin to chase her, though she managed to freeze it with spiritual arts. She brings a frozen part of it to Puck, who upon examination says it's the poison of a Black Snake-

If you wonder what happened in the comic:

1. After Chrysallis did the spell to bring in shapeshifters and allied with Megatron, Twilight allied herself with Optimus and Bumblebee to group the other scattered Autobots to stop the Changelings and Decepticons.
2. Rarity was in one of her stores which got invaded by Starscream and he made her sew his king cape from the 80s movie, then Arcee arrives and they bonded while driving him away, he returned with Skywarp and Thundercracker so they went on and the two girls kicked ass.
3. Spike on the opposite ended in the Transformers world where he befriended Grimlock, the Constructicons attack, Grimlock tries to beat them and Spike helps with his brains, Grimlock compliments and says he's strong in his own way. It's wholesome.
4. Pinkie in a cooking show invites Gauge (a recent character exclusive to the comics), she brings robot food which everyone awkwardly tries, Shockwave arrives with the intention to harvest and kill ponies, they beat him like a Looney Tunes short.
5. Ranbow Dash is chilling in a cloud, Windblade arrives and is like "you look cool, let's race!" and they compete, but then arrives Misfire (a relatively obscure Decepticon) to be a party pooper, but they beat him in teamwork.
6. Fluttershy and Discord are in a tea party when Soundwave crash lands nearby, he sends his cassettes to scout, and after a misunderstanding, he and Fluttershy bond over the appreciation they have for their respective smaller companions.
7. The Insecticons infest Applejack's farm, she like "aw hell no!", Discord sees it and he's like "LOL this looks amusing" so he brings the rest of her family and they managed to drive them away.

Once again he tries to convince him there's no one here but himself, the fire spirit sees through his lies and declares war, wuth them starting to clash, while Emilia is in her home, hearing the commotion... Of course she decides to still go and see, and to arrive quicker surfs on an icicle through the snow-

If you wonder what happened in the comic:

1. After Chrysallis did the spell to bring in shapeshifters and allied with Megatron, Twilight allied herself with Optimus and Bumblebee to group the other scattered Autobots to stop the Changelings and Decepticons.
2. Rarity was in one of her stores which got invaded by Starscream and he made her sew his king cape from the 80s movie, then Arcee arrives and they bonded while driving him away, he returned with Skywarp and Thundercracker so they went on and the two girls kicked ass.
3. Spike on the opposite ended in the Transformers world where he befriended Grimlock, the Constructicons attack, Grimlock tries to beat them and Spike helps with his brains, Grimlock compliments and says he's strong in his own way. It's wholesome.
4. Pinkie in a cooking show invites Gauge (a recent character exclusive to the comics), she brings robot food which everyone awkwardly tries, Shockwave arrives with the intention to harvest and kill ponies, they beat him like a Looney Tunes short.
5. Ranbow Dash is chilling in a cloud, Windblade arrives and is like "you look cool, let's race!" and they compete, but then arrives Misfire (a relatively obscure Decepticon) to be a party pooper, but they beat him in teamwork.
6. Fluttershy and Discord are in a tea party when Soundwave crash lands nearby, he sends his cassettes to scout, and after a misunderstanding, he and Fluttershy bond over the appreciation they have for their respective smaller companions.
7. The Insecticons infest Applejack's farm, she like "aw hell no!", Discord sees it and he's like "LOL this looks amusing" so he brings the rest of her family and they managed to drive them away.

This actually sounds incredibly awesome lol.

Shockwave being defeatedwith the exact opposite of logic and rationality is pure irony and I love it. Soundwave and Fluttershy stuff sounds wholesome, as does does the Spike and Grimlock stuff as you previously mentioned.
