I didn`t say you couldn`t use the word 'priority' in a sentence about SSB64, I said it`s a silly and usually inaccurate way to describe move interaction i.e. X move has priority over X move is a really silly way to speak about the game, once you take movement and timing into account.
Priority, as I understood it, was used to describe the 'physics' of a bunch of standard fighters, SSF, KOF etc, whereby moves had a few categories of type, i.e. Strong weak middle combobreaker grab throw reversal, and that the way moves interacted was whether or not the move-type had PRIORITY over the other one. This is the system I grew up to understand as priority, and strongly believe it has no bearing on smash 64 strategy, Steve.

Absolutely, part of the early disconnect in this convo, I think, was the fact that I meant Priority the system of move interaction and, yes, you are and were clearly using the natural definition. Both are valid, and I`ll even agree that mine is the source of the confusion.

Further, I was really talking about air to air or air to ground, another misstep, as that was I think only said inside my head, perhaps, or in an early skype with you. Obvs, ground to ground has the special property of not having character movement* involved, thus statements like X move can beat X move make sense on ground to ground whereas it rarely, very rarely, is accurate otherwise, no?

The memories are just ****ing gone. But they were there, I played all 12 chars for a looong time, and then just got bored with non-Kirby as is my right.

Sure why not? Gay acceptance is emphasized heavily in this society yet people don't respect asexuals and many don't even acknoledge them at all. I know people irl who don't think they even exist (that's what they claim anyway).
