So are there video lectures of all this stuff? I know the MIT has some (ocw.mit.edu), but there are only introduction classes and it's kinda difficult to follow if you don't have a basis. I had watched all the single variable calc and it was pretty easy/simplified (no real proofs etc.), but I got "lost" with multivar calc =/. Maybe if I had a book as a complement it would be easier though.

(lol the guy struggling with renal physiology wants to do add some maths...)

No it's not this time =P. I really don't know what that means. Or I'm just dumb and I didn't get it.

edit: Okay looks like urban dictionary is better than wordreference for spoken english...

Yeah well I didn't think of basis that way lol.

stanford seems to have video lectures primarily for CS. makes sense though since all the math classes are too small to be in an auditorium with recording equipment.

I found their youtube channel, but the only math thing I found was Fourier Transform (lol 30 lectures). No multivar calc/complex calc =(.

Exactly. You had to be really careful, and since you have three integrals for a total of six bounds, it was easy to flub one up and flub the whole problem up.

It got even worse in polar coordinates...

EDIT: Oh man, this was in response to ballin's post on the previous page. Damn, slowpoke over here. :(

Ciaza, you should prank me!

1) I've missed you since your slight disappearance.
2) I love anime.
3) I love Australia/Australians.

(SK has none of these)

I always get a surprised reaction when people realize I'm pretty intelligent. Apparently I look like a total bum.
lol

Except those two topics only divide ballin and everyone else. I guess he argues enough for like five people though (okay, he doesn't as much as he used to)
that was the joke

besides, you of all people should know how much pointless effort ballin invests into defending his beliefs on the internet

I have all of those. Plus I have said ciaza has a cool username here before any of this. PWNED
apparently being me does not give you any of the above, not even slightly

i reckon i could insult ciaza all day and he'd still namechange and or prank me before any of you (except tank, tank is cool) because australia is australia

pretty sure that one is an engineering class anyway. it's funny though that we learned briefly about the fourier transform in one of my classes and i was like "wtf is this and why are we learning it" but apparently it's SO useful in engineering that they have a whole class about it. of course in math we don't learn any of the applications.

that was the joke

takes two to tango.

also ciaza change SK's name back to Shooting Star and AA back to cheeseball plz

and change your name to kee-zuh so that i'll start pronouncing it correctly

@Ballin', 2nd the Shooting Star and AA changeback.

Speaking of name pronunciation, Jousuke's name came up in a convo in Georgia, and everyone in the room was pronouncing it differently. :awesome:

@SK, I love his name! :p

besides, you couldn't pull of the pink.

If you've avoided anime this long, good for you. You are much better off without it and dont want to be associated with weeaboos. Or at least keep your anime power level as small as possible.
Though its not as bad as being a brony and/or furry.
I have mixed feelings about bronies and furries.
love and hate relationship

i think MLP quintripled the number of furries in the world
yay

No.

Hell no.
Did you word search "MLP"?
does that even work? lol

Yo where the **** are our tacna vids

they stopped at round 4

I want my Gerson vs Tavo
Kind of want. I'd like to see what new ******ry to use.

Japanese pronunciation is pretty consistent, unlike ENGLISH. I thought a WEEABOO (:troll:) like you would know how to say it.

joe-skay, right?

Also Ciaza can you unprank me? Is that a thing? Getting tired of the pink.
You can unprank yourself by changing your user color. Like smash debater.
Otherwise, the only way to get rid of the prank color is to wait it out until it expires at a certain date.

Like, maybe in two months.
