Just told a friend of mine who's unaffiliated with smash what happened, and I got a blank stare followed by a "But aren't they just gonna break his legs?"
I'm not advocating that, of course (and neither was he) But it's as simple as this: Plank owed a debt to the hotel, which he paid with the entrance fees. The money from the entrance fees wasn't his. So he stole money from the winners to pay a debt. Now he owes them a debt. Mother****er needs to cough up, quick. For me, intent doesn't enter into it.

Sincere in what? Your post range from regular>really funny American pride stuff> inappropriate comments that insult other countries, and makes me, and I know lots of other people, uncomfortable/bothered. I've never responded to many post that have bothered me, and just hoped that you simply always came off as disrespectful but always had the best intentions. However, you really have been going intense with lots of posts lately and there is more and more "stuff" to laugh at, or ignore. I don't think you are a troll, and have found you really funny, but I think if you toned it down a bit everyone would feel less annoyed (too harsh?). Cheers, to give you a rough idea the ps2 controller took me around...8-10 hours spread over a few weeks. xbox controller would be a bit easier/less time consuming though, although the triggers on xbox controllers are difficult to work with.
are we talking xbox 360 or xbox S or the big old old xbox one?
parts would roughly cost:
$12 microchip, for analog stick,
$15 n64 controller,
$10-15 xbox controller,
wire/db25 x2/ db 25 cable- $15.

It was, just not with you. He posted the same thing on his own wall and Surri-Sama's wall. Unfortunately, AFAIK, there isn't a way to view all of a user's wall posts, or else we would've caught the one he posted on yours as well.
As far as posting a poll goes, I doubt it would serve any purpose. If someone has a problem with a moderator's decisions, then the place for that is the Forum Support forum (ideally after they've contacted the moderator first).

You also didn't see all the pictures, there where more on his wall then just the one he sent you. (he sent me and him self the same one so i do know what you mean)
And honestly even if he had not that was graphic porno imagery...as odd as it might have been. There is an infraction perfectly made for such situations.
