I wouldn't mind, in fact, it'd be intresting.
I usted to play with craiigg and mad-fighter a long time ago on kaillera p2p and server.
i don't mind a high ping just as long there is little lag spikes; craiigg usually got like 108ms and he didn't lag.

Does the ms depend on the server I connect to, or is it kind of a standard for my internet connection??

Depends on the server - one close to you will have lower ms

it's all about your location vs the location of the server host vs your ISP connection rate / ping paths

Hmm I dont know, I want to but it doesnt seem like a good starting time.
Back when I first made it I had BHLMRO on board, then I got greg and vex pretty quick and eventually Zen Yore.
But now I dont think there are many people available and willing to do clan stuff. Unless I can get an A-rank player, some Bs on board, and/or some players willing to improve..I dont think ill bring it back
I would love to help expand and improve clans on kaillera. Perhaps ill join a current one going though :\
Also I might have to stop using just ness

its incredible that Ive NEVER seen a clan/crew battle for SSB64 even once

On top of my head:
- Craiigg (UK)
- Mahie (France; although atm he has no internet)
- Fays (Holland)
- Jam (UK)
- King Funk (Denmark)
I think maybe a crew like that could work out, I picked good players from West Europe and we are all not too far from the East Coast. Maybe if you pick the most "east" members of your crews it could prove to be a decent crew battle.

that is the reason he did not put me on that as israel - east coast is 4 frames at best.
