CTR has a challenge requiring you to finish Crash Cove in each place online.

It's just resulted in races where people stop near the end until someone passes them, in some cases resulting in stalemates because people want to get the same specific place, or some people just being trolls and doing the track backwards trying to hit people as many times as possible.

That sounds like a royal mess

Not being able to dock is a huge deal breaker if I didn't already had a Switch.

Also, I find the available colors ugly.

Honest opinion
Switch mini isnt my type really
I just prefer having normal consoles than the upgraded ones or the downgraded ones

But you what I want if I wanted a switch mini
A switch mini sword and shield style it looks amazing.

Super Mario Party is TV only, you can't even use the Pro Controller.

Tabletop Mode is fine though, because the main reason you can't do traditional handheld mode is because every player is required to play Single Joycon, which is probably why it won't work on Nintendo Switch Lite with the non detachable controller, unless you buy separate Joycons. No Kickstand on Lite would also make it considerably more difficult and inconvenient to play Tabletop, so all in all you would be FAR better buying regular Switch for that game.

Also, the minigames in Toad's Rec Room are about spinning two Switches around, and were clearly only designed with all players using the original model in mind.

Oh thank God it isn't just me. Yeah, I agree, it feels way too limited, which sucks because it is one of the coolest themes.

Yeah, tho, against all odds, I was able to make two somewhat well-made puzzle room with it that use the super hammer at it's fullest (which doesn't say much say since there isn't much you can do with it, atleast compared to the Super Ball).

Think I'm going to do one last room and then I be good with that level, I wanted to do more, but there is just too many limitation, which suck since 3D World look clean and as lots of option character control wise.

Gotta hope Nintendo add more to this style in future update.

Ask Sega on that, maybe tram are sentient in the Sonic universe and get panic attack when they are attacked by a egg.

You could say it doesn't make sense in the canon, but frankly, what does make sense in the Sonic canon now those days?

So the Switch finally got its answer to the 2DS. Pretty neat. Great for those who are always on the go, wanted a cheaper price without the fluff like the dock and HD Rumble, and for those who don't own a tv.

Also they used Three Houses as part of the advertisement so now I'm convinced it'll play perfectly in handheld mode, which was one of my worries.

It's certainly more convenient. Still doesn't look like it's small enough to fit into a pocket like a 3DS can, but at least it'll take up less space in a purse or backpack.

Doubt it’ll be a repeat of the Wii which had loads of shovelware if only for the fact it lacked major third party support (like Bethesda, Blizzard, even companies like Square Enix didn’t put their AAA titles on the Wii). I don’t think that’ll be the case with the Switch

We have frickin Skyrim, L.A. Noire and Diablo 3 for crying out loud

A lot better for the road than the regular Switch, but somewhat worse at home, although that depends on how you play. Given how much Nintendo seems to love the ability to use systems on the go, there's at least a reason for it.

It's probably cheaper too, so that gives those who haven't bought a Switch an incentive to buy it. I don't think I will, but there's likely a big audience out there.
