Why? They were scrapped for a reason. We don't know why but it's seems kinda pointless to add content just because it was planned at some point.

That's coming from someone who wants a Rhythm Heaven character in Smash. "Finish what you started" is a half-***ed reasoning, they probably didn't even start to implement them.
