How I personally felt and why I felt underwhelmed with it. Maybe I'm missing something and the point was they were building up to the 3rd act and final battle but still thought it didn't fully deliver IMO.
I wasn't a big fan of the decision to

murder "our" Thanos in the first 10 minutes and thus the final battle is against a different Thanos that the audience didn't watch the journey of during all of Infinity War

and the middle act just feels kind of meandering, the nods and callbacks are cute but it kinda feels like you're just waiting and waiting.

I thought most of the key emotional beats in the movie landed, especially with Thor and Iron Man, but...

Black Widow's death didn't feel as impactful as it should be. I think it was a mistake to frame it as "I'm dying to save Clint" not "I'm dying to save the universe." I chalk that up to the fact that the writers and directors never really figured out what to do with her character, except for Winter Soldier where she's used very well.

Third act was strong enough for me to overlook a lot of that though. Lots of big "HOLY CRAP" moments. "I knew it!"

I'm too scared to play the title, but at the same time I don't want it to bomb.
kojima could sell a broken VHS tape with the words 'video game' scribbled on a sticky label in felt tip and it would still be on the top 10 bestselling games of the year and receive multiple 10/10 reviews from media outlets for its deep artistic value and boldness

The trailer was especially very misleading having expected a combination of time travel and massive space adventure of a grand scale going through.

Plus the whole premise was very dark on the level of The Empire Strikes Back given the Snap that just wiped out 50% of all life and yet again to keep audiences attained has the usual jokey jokes which should had been an exception. Not saying it had to be totally dark but should of used levity similar to that of The Empire Strikes Back.

I still hate what they did to Thor...Unforgivable...

Like, while I have problems with Endgame's script and I think some of the third act is too dark looking/cluttered... I've never heard an audience go nuts as much as when Cap does the thing. Like holy cow.

Found a cool remix of Street Fighter 2010. Weird game, but it does have some good music.

I did deeply love the Skrulls in Captain Marvel.

And while stuff like this is subjective, I feel that I know what I'm saying as a F4 fan.

But yeah, I'll always admire Kojima or Noipoi Noipoi even if our thoughts about some movies differ. Both are just too awesome and kind to bash over entertainment.

I think you can say it now. At this point, everyone knows about how Cap used his final smash to banish Thanos to the Shadow Realm

The fact that you're still going on about the Thor scene just tells me you didn't understand what was happening to him. Thor has one of the better arcs in the film.

Not in the film, the entire series

Is it bad that Hawkeye's arc hits me home since it felt close to me during the past months?

Seriously doh, when Hawkeye said the "Don't do it... Don't give me hope again" line at the cinema I got a lot of chills in my body...

That was basically how my soul and heart thought before June, and that line really got into me.

Am I the only one who actually liked Far From Home more then Endgame.

The movie made me actually begin to love Happy given

Given the emotional moment where he comforts a scared and tearful Peter after being mentally traumatized by Mysterio. I also love how he's pretty much becoming the new father figure to Peter.
I can't say if I like one more than the other. Endgame is the culmination and ending to characters that I never would have expected to care about, but ended up loving almost as much as Star Wars. Like, as a Canadian, Captain America was just "that stupid 'Murica guy with the shield," but he quickly became one of my favourite fictional characters ever.

Far From Home, on the other hand, Spider-Man has been my favourite super hero my whole life (Batman is a close second, and The Flash is third), I grew up watching reruns of the 60s show, almost religiously tuning into the 90s show, playing the PS1/N64 game over and over, then the Tobey/Raimi trilogy happened and it was everything I ever wanted it to be. I was so excited for Spider-Man 4, I had all of these theories of Dr. Connors finally becoming The Lizard, Bruce Campbell being Mysterio, etc.. Then they cancelled it and I was heartbroken, then The Amazing Spider-Man came out and I was angry, not because it wasn't Tobey, but because it didn't feel like my Spider Boy. Peter was a cool skater guy who played basketball, he didn't seem like a nerdy outsider, and not once in those movies did I hear anyone say "With Great Power Must Also Come Great Responsibility" or anything really similar. Fast forward to the hype and lead up to Civil War: I was excited. By this point I'm basically obsessed with the MCU, I've seen every movie at least twice, I'm keeping up with SHIELD, I've seen all of Agent Carter, I will admit that I skipped Inhumans, but it just looked bad. Then it happens, it's announced that Spider-Man is joining the MCU. I cried. Man, I actually cried. Then when the movie came out I was so excited, I think I went 3 times (something that I had only ever done for Star Wars). When QUEENS popped up on screen the first time I was so happy that I started to tear up (I actually am now too just thinking about it), and he was perfect, Tom is the perfect high school Peter and Spidey in my opinion. Needless to say, I loved Homecoming, and I was emotionally devastated at the end of Infinity War (that one felt like a loved was murdered in front of me), then I saw Far From Home on Tuesday and it was the perfect Spider-Man movie in my opinion. I won't put any spoilers here though.

I relate to Rocket's arc in Endgame, as I too am a talking Racoon Alien with a gun

Good freaking lord...

Exactly that...
That was exactly how it went for me.

And yeah, I was glad to see him later in the movie celebrating the return of his family.
I mean, I guess the character is supposed to be relatable...? I mean, for all the wrong reasons in this case.

Also I now imagine JD looking like Hawkeye.

I'm so behind on the MCU. I haven't even watched Infinity War yet. I feel so lost on these conversations.

I'll get around to watching the important ones...eventually.

Also, I'm not seeing which scene, but Far From Home has this amazing scene y'all will enjoy. I mean, almost every scene is amazing, but this one in particular is incredible.

Ngl, one of the best part about making levels and uploading them is to then see where peoples die in what spot.

I don't know, maybe it's a bit sadistic coming from my part, but I always find it funny to see someone die somewhere I wouldn't have expected, like it give you a image as to what happened on the player side and it's just hilarious.

I didn't start watching the MCU until Civil War, does that make me a fake fan? The reason I avoided superhero movie until the age of 12 is because every superhero movie I had seen prior to Civil War, I hated. This included TASM2, Thor 2, both DCEU films, and X Men 3.

Honestly while I had a lot of faults with Endgame, the biggest thing that bugged me with it was something very indirect. That being...

How bringing back all the snap victims won't prevent all the indirect deaths (such as plane crashes and suicides), and that the planet would still be screwed at least for a long time. But then Peter just sees Ned in school so it's like the snap never happened and everything is back to normal.

I haven't seen Far From Home yet, but did they at least address how everything isn't normal even with the snap reversed?

Who would win in a fight, Thanos without the gauntlet, or 100 Duck Hunt Dogs?
