Well, it doesn't exactly say why he chose Joker, just that the game interested him. It could be as simple as "he liked the game", but there might be more to it. I wouldn't say it tells much of a story here.

A crossover game where every character that is playable in Smash and ones where it's impossible for them to be Smash from Nintendo's gallery is playable and clearing the weekly events and Story Mode gives you the corresponding characters. The gacha will be Weapons and Armor that gives the corresponding characters a special ability.

Basically a game where you can have combinations of Kumatora, Jeff, Toadette, Birdo, Tingle, Slippy, Jody Summer, etc in your party and interacting with each other in the story mode & weekly events.

I still think that if any spirit gets promoted first it’s gotta be Geno. He’s the last of the big four that isn’t playable and would bring a lot of hype. Plus it could open the door for other spirits get promoted and people would go nuts over that.

Agreed and honestly I feel if any character is to be an last bonus character it'd definitely be him. A perfect way to end the DLC run if you ask me.

I'm still confused on how Mysterio actually died; it wasn't very clear imo. Did the stray gunfire from the drone do him in? 'Cause a few minutes later it turned out that was just another illusion, then Peter stopped Mysterio from shooting him with a handgun, and then he sorta just keeled over and died. I'm still willing to bet he's still alive since they're probably going to introduce the Sinister Six at some point.

Did Spiderman actually kill Mysterio? If not, it's possible he faked his death, edited the video, and then sent the footage to J. Jonah Jameson anonymously.

he didn't kill mysterio what happened was mysterio tried to shoot him with the illusion fake out and Pete's.spidersense kicked in and he dodged the bullet and the bullet ricochet and killed mysterio or hopefully thats what mysterio wants Pete to think happened

This is the day that the Lord has made! Today, I was able to procure a Switch, so now I can start playing Ultimate! Yay!

Honestly I still have hope for Geno in or outside of the FP be it the FP itself, Additional DLC or until he gets outright disconfirmed (Mii Costume). I just have a feeling he's going to be in Smash, Of course I may very well be wrong but until then I have hope.

Mysterio was amazing. They did everything I wanted with his illusions. Felt like I was reading a comic with him in it again, I haven't felt that way about a movie in a while. I'm so happy they went all out with the imagery in that one scene. My favorite shot easily being the one where Peter is stuck inside the head globe thingy. God I want to watch it again. The rest of the movie was well done too, but Mysterio was what I was watching for and I was about the opposite of disappointed.
