My opinion-- not as a mod, by the way, because I wasn't actually part of the conversation to remove the likes board-- is that the likes and posts boards promoted false status as "popular" or "unpopular". I didn't mind it being there, but I also don't mind it being removed. It gave posters who've been here longer or with more time to be active here a social advantage that we didn't really need to promote. So I can see why it was taken down.

Kind of a weird decision since we can still see likes and message number, but I don't really mind. Only people this really affects are the people who were even on those rankings to begin with, and that kind of proves your point.

On a more serious note, I wanted to let y'all know that I'm leaving for the time being. At this point I feel it's best for me to focus on other things in my life.

Maybe I'll come back at some point, but for now this is goodbye. Thank you for the memories.
