That'd be cool. If only to justify more characters. I want Kamek and Dr. Mario in at this point. Hell, I'll take Metal Mario and Gold Mario too. Though I'm fine with Pink Gold Peach, if only as a callback to Mario Party 2 where everybody could go Metal. Another thing they could do is have a slightly smaller screen and let you toggle costumes on some characters, but only if they're literal swaps(but it'd still have different stats). It'd be a neat way to make the roster easier to work with.Been thinking, how many of you Mario Kart fans around here really enjoyed Double Dash?
Would you like to see the two characters per kart (a rider and a driver) mechanic return in a future MK installment someday?

Ya think Hero Sandwich will drop this week?I'm currently at that point where I'm just waiting for a content approaching video to drop... hopefully this week
That's one good way to look at it. Considering multiple items have been able to get stored/stacked in later entries, I'm not sure how much of a difference it would make otherwise. I'd like to see the mechanic return if it helped with the roster but also if it brought something new to the series again. That'd be cool. If only to justify more characters. I'm mixed on ones like Cat Peach, etc. The only ones I honestly never liked were the Babies beyond Mario, Luigi, and Peach currently in. They feel more shoehorned than other Metals, who at least, as noted, existed in previous games. In Mario Party 2's case, that was a mechanic of one of the endings on one of the boards. So it was done for everyone. Nobody got left out. If they do make more metals, I do want cool names too. Like Steel Wario, Iron Waluigi, etc. The more change-ups, the better.
Bruh.-Bowser Shell eternally bouncing at Baby Park
For sure. DD pulled off the mechanic quite well, and if it returned it would be a welcome addition.Been thinking, how many of you Mario Kart fans around here really enjoyed Double Dash?

If it was DK Jr., Baby Yoshi, or even Baby Wario, they'd likely be received better. That's one good way to look at it. Also, all I'm gonna say is, the less baby characters in Mario Kart, the better.
you are missing out on some sweet 200cc Baby Park action. I didn't get the DLC for 8 at all, so...
I barely played it. I might just trade it in for the Switch version, if only cause I'd be saving more money. I use my Switch more these days.you are missing out on some sweet 200cc Baby Park action
It'd also be cool to see both playstyle options integrated into the main gameplay, throughout every mode, but I'm not sure if that'd be easy to balance. For sure. DD pulled off the mechanic quite well, and if it returned it would be a welcome addition.
And I say addition because I think it would be optimal if there were modes to accomodate both standard 1-character karts and 2-character karts.
...How?...I got pushed off into the void and died in my Minecraft world.
Tanooki Mario and Gold Mario, I think. Dr. Mario would be much more welcome, imo.If it was DK Jr., Baby Yoshi, or even Baby Wario, they'd likely be received better.
Nonetheless, the idea of having multiple costumes could still work with others like Cat Peach easily. I forgot, what was the other Mario? We had Metal Mario, Mario, and some other power-up. Tanooki Mario, I think? I'd replace that with Dr. Mario or have him as his own character. It depends if you'd want 2 or 3 costumes per character. If 2, you could have Metal Mario and Dr. Mario as one, being both heavyweight. I also don't know if Cat Peach was the same weight class as Peach or not. I didn't get the DLC for 8 at all, so...
Gimme gimme gimmeSo I’ve been thinking of some ideas for a new Paper Mario game that I hope returns the series to its glory, would anyone be interested in discussing this topic with me?

I just got my Eletra and as I was flying down, an Enderman must of caught my gaze, and when I landed, I went near a cliff to pearl warp, realized I was out, and was then immediately pushed by the enderman. If you weren't in The End, that is?

My very first Eletra was kept for a grand total of twenty seconds.
I have a lot of nostalgia for Double Dash as it was my first GameCube game, though I have difficulty going back to it now cos it feels like everything's super slippery for some reasonBeen thinking, how many of you Mario Kart fans around here really enjoyed Double Dash?

Confession: I played sticker star without any prior knowledge of the series and honestly really enjoyed itAlright, confession time:
I unironically enjoyed Donkey Kong Barrel Blast
Another confession: Super Paper Mario kinda sucked imo.Confession: I played sticker star without any prior knowledge of the series and honestly really enjoyed it
They should just steal the Star Fox Grand Prix fake rumor concept (which did involve a Diddy Kong Racing-esque style), put in F-Zero, and make everyone happy.I would like Nintendo to do a non-Mario Kart racing game in the interim before the inevitable 9. F-Zero or something new like the Donkey Kong Racing concept back in the GC would be cool.
Confession to your confession: I'd gladly accept Super Paper Mario becoming the norm for the franchise if it meant avoiding Sticker Star and Color Splash.Another confession: Super Paper Mario kinda sucked imo.
I honestly had fun with it too, but the poison area was dumb. Compared to the previous 3 games, yes, it's not as good, imo. I prefer turn-based for my rpg's, but I disliked the lack of a "have your basic jump and basic hammer attack for free". Give me that, and I'd like it more. The lack of leveling up with experience properly wasn't a major deal to me, but it did feel shallow due to that. It still felt like an RPG regardless. So I never got the complaint that it's apparently not an RPG? Shallow, sure, but not one at all? Experience is just one RPG mechanic. Turn-based is another. So are Hit Points, and so on.Confession: I played sticker star without any prior knowledge of the series and honestly really enjoyed it
heavily implied because there aren't two of him when he goes to the new unvierseReally? Is that every outright stated? I’ve tried to find something that confirms that but most I find is people saying it’s heavily implied.
