One night I had a dream that Disney bought Pokemon, then went and made a Phineas and Ferb x Pokemon crossover.

Phineas had a "Ferbachu" which was just Ferb with Pikachu facepaint. Buford was a "Baljeetakazam" which was Baljeet holding a spoon.

Well its one step closer but tomorrow I'll be moving my computer over to my new place as I had with my consoles, TV and games. Beginning perhaps next week I'll start spending nights there to get the flow of things and adjust so I can fully move in and feel comfortable by the end of August.

When there I'll using my computer but when at my dad's place I'll be using his laptop.

Guh-Huzzah! I'm aware it's a Hollow Knight character but all I can think of from this is Stolas from Helluva Boss.

If there was a new Darkstalkers game, who do you think should be added? Assuming it was the size of Street Fighter V's final roster by the end of it's life, that means that every original character would come back. Characters like Anita, Dee, Shadow, and Marionette could be expanded and given full movesets (and in Anita's case, aged up). Ruby Heart and Amingo from MvC2 would fit in well, especially since they were originally supposed to be Darkstalkers characters in the first place. Belial and Ozom could finally make physical playable appearences and would likely be the game's major boss characters. They could even incorporate characters from the spinoff materials like Harry Grimoire from the cartoon and Majorette and Thomas from the UDON comics. And since I can't help but incorporate guest characters in a fighting game project, I'll select 2. Dante because of the theming and because he and Jedah have a bit of a rivalry, and Soma Cruz because he's from the modern area of Castlevania and would fit right in with the cast of Darkstalkers. But beyond that, what else could they do? By my logic there are 15 empty slots, so what would you fill them with? What new archetypes would make sense to do? Are there any other characters in the franchise that have remained unplayable that I have missed?

For a thousand years, the Jedi were in complete control, meaning that the Light side was completely dominant, with the dark side fighting an uphill struggle. Anakin and Palpy killing almost all the Jedi.... did exactly what the prophecy said would happen. The Dark Side and Light side were more or less equal, with the Dark side having an edge.


2 Jedi(3 with Luke)(Please no kill I'm only using movie canon here)
2 Sith


....what exactly did the Jedi think "Balance" meant? Complete Light-side domination? That's not balance.

You ever realize that, Anakin did exactly what the "Prophecy" about him said he'd do? He brought balance to the Force.


For a thousand years, the Jedi were in complete control, meaning that the Light side was completely dominant, with the dark side fighting an uphill struggle. Anakin and Palpy killing almost all the Jedi.... did exactly what the prophecy said would happen. The Dark Side and Light side were more or less equal, with the Dark side having an edge.

Why would that annoy Star Wars fans? That was always intended. Lucas has always maintained even after becoming Vader that Anakin was still the chosen one.

I don't know why it annoys them, but it does every time I bring it up. Everyone from classmates to my dad. I just choose not to look a gift horse in the mouth. I think it's just because they hate the prequels that much.

He did but nothing ever came from that and only some hodge-podge explanations for Episode IX offer alternatives but others involved still maintain Anakin fulfilled the prophecy.

Hot take: Force Awakens was a perfectly fine movie despite how derivative it can get.

It's a shame how its sequels handled the cast awfully because it was one of my favorites in any Star Wars media.

Yeah. I think the special effects are dated, the acting is hokey, and the story is cliche.

Tbh, I'll take practical effects over CGI anyday. CGI ages poorly, practical is timeless.

I flat out disagree. Lots of practical effects age super poorly. Maybe it's just because i study film, but I am always "fooled" by CGI and every time I see a practical effect my gut reaction is "well that was just X, they didn't actually do it". I don't hate practical, but I wish people would stop treating it as a yin and yang and realize that CGI can also be done really well and Practical effects can age super poorly (like the T-800 at the end of the first movie moving like a Rankin-Bass holiday special).

I've seen both. I think the effects in both versions are pretty bad.

And maybe it's just because I was exposed to so much more before I saw Star Wars for the first time, but I just can't get into it. Like, it feels like there's no real reason for it to be in space and they do so little with sci-fi that it feels more like a fantasy movie then a sci-fi one.

Seriously, you made a sci-fi movie where the main character saves they day by believing really hard in his religion. That's just... no. Star Trek is way better.
