Also Dylly is guilty of calling me that too.

Could be worse. Could have someone like my classmate who used to call everyone by their username...... Outside the computer, in public.

Crazy theory - New Pokemon Snap is part of a bigger plan for Gamefreak to improve the graphics of future pokemon games in response to the backlash. They're outsourcing graphics o Bandai Namco, and New Pokemon Snap is part of trying to capitalize off it early.

Its not THAT crazy considering we got Pokedex 3D back in Gen 5.

While the animations are definitely better and I saw plenty of environmental improvements, I'm not sure about the Pokemon models themselves, just from the opening where Bouffalant looked a little flat.

Then again it seems to only be Bouffalant's model from the trailer I was concerned about.

I have had my name mispronounced, or at least misspelled. Don't know if it is okay to say my name here, but my first name contains two Ls. Some people spell it with one L.

That’s happened to me a few times whenever people write down my first name.

Regarding misspellings, people just tend to pronounce José with the "e" not being emphasized (so they say "Jose").

Actually. Once I did have a math teacher that called me “Taylor” I didn’t even notice it until the girl sitting next to me pointed it out and started laughing. But that’s the only time I can remember.

Honestly, the human animations in SwSh are really good, they are well animated, fluid, and really expressive. The Pokemon animations need a bit more oomph.

It's just the world around them is lacking in the visual department.

The pokemon models are the best part of Pokemon's presentation already - the issue is that GF for some reason struggled to port them to Sw/Sh's engine.

I don't think its necessarily that Namco is making new models from the ground up, but that they're making a better graphical engine and getting used to animating pokemon.

Its still just a theory and might not hold any model in the long run, but I feel like it'd be a huge missed opportunity if GF doesn't at least reuse some assests from Snap going forward.

After fully admitting a couple days ago that I've never played Kingdom Hearts, I decided to remedy that and went and downloaded HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX on GamePass.

I'm pretty far into the first game rn, think I only have a couple of worlds left. But yeah I'm definitely a fan so far. As a Disney fanatic, I feel a little giddy every time there's a character or location I remember from the films. And of course, the story's pretty great. It's surprising how well the Disney and Final Fantasy tropes mesh together. I hope to give my full thoughts once I actually beat the game, but so far I'm digging it and pretty excited to play the rest of the series

tl;dr I fully support Sora in Smash now

You are going to miss the Disney elements once you make it to Kh2.

The whole Storyarc revolving around Roxas completely overshadows the Disney content.

Aight, well, I'm going to lay out two consecutive predictions right now.

I think that next week, on Tuesday, we're going to get a Sakurai presentation on the ARMS fighter, followed by their release.

After that, the day after, the Pokemon direct will reveal the next Smash fighter. My personal guess is Rillaboom.

After that, I think Paper Mario will be revealed for Smash, probably around July or August?
