I've been feeling that all week it's helped to distract myself with pizza and memes

If something good wants to happen this week, that would be great. Something to give me hope again. I don’t like feeling hopeless.

I should talk to my Psychiatrist. We recently made a change to my meds that I might have to go back on.

Yeah, a lot of the questions I made also have to do with stuff I brought up in the past too both at Discord and this site.
