It'd be weird if they don't all the way with it when the entire point of doing it in the first place is to be inclusive. Albeit, Osby said it best.

It's objectively unfair.

That one was not cut. That one was just modified to not mention the tatas. The one that was actually not in localizations was the one with the Safari Zone guy with the gun(despite last time I checked, guns were in that one Squirtle Squad episode) plus Dratini/Dragonair. The one Beach episode with James' fake breasts actually did get dubbed by 4kids, but I don't know if it was ever re-released. Meanwhile, the Porygon episode is stuck in purgatory.

The one Kirby episode with the evil face was an episode involving a "Devil Frog" or something that was trying to possess Kirby. I don't know if it was JP-only or not.
