Roy is incredibly popular in general. People often assume that because he isn't a good combat unit in The Binding Blade that people dislike him as a character, but that couldn't be further from the truth.

I think the only eternally happy rival I enjoyed was Hau because everyone made fun of his absurd optimism.

If Hop ends up being the same way I won't mind tbh.

Well. I have something to say anyway cause I did read it. I don’t just want Crash. I feel he makes more sense from the standpoint of a game designer.

Also. The only think that can prove me wrong is the characters being revealed or the developers of either series pulling a Travis.


That final fight with him is NOT the easiest fight in the game. He moves too fast for you to even get a hit in. You just get endlessly juggled.

I said fair, not easy, Vergil leaves himself open a lot and when he's open, you can at least get up to B rank with combos iirc. Out of curiousity, which Style did you use? DMC3 didn't perfect Styles as you could only have one, but in my experience, I used Trickster which at that point let me dash 3 times in a row, air dash and teleport

I mean Fire/Fighting is a decent type combination and it only gets hate because of poor design choices on Gamefreak’s part, so I won’t be disappointed.

Speaking of a little late, why is it hard to patch new voice lines in any game, if it is even possible?

DBFZ recently replaced ALL of Goku Black's English lines to change his voice from British to gruff. Not to mention games like that always patch in new lines for character interactions like pre-fight and post-fight dialogue alongside tag-in lines

The only issue with Fire Fighting is that it got used 3 times in a row.

Also I advice people who're conflicted on getting the game or not due to being upset about Game Freak ****ing it up to get secondhand copies. They're cheaper, you get the game and Game Freak doesn't get your money, perfect all around
