Bulbasaur beating Pikachu in the poll is so satisfying to see. Not to mention Mimikyu being #3, beating Charizard and seeing Sylveon, Lugia and Decidueye among the top 30 is great, too. Though there is a distinct lack of Jirachi, Chimecho, Dunsparce and Falinks.

Got a shiny Wartortle from a raid. Mewtwo raids suck tho, it’s impossible if you’re alone with the CPUs and...I haven’t joined one with other people, but I assume it won’t be much better...

Chandelure is one of the best examples of an inanimate object Pokemon. It looks like the object, but it has enough other features to make sure it's not just that object with a face.

Interesting that raid barriers don't protect from spectral thief. I wonder if the block taunt?

If not, I might be able to use my Grimisnarl to prevent them from boosting, assuming no one brings a Marshadow along.

Every day my village gets ransacked by a single Dracovish, all our supplies are gone, our houses are ruined and our people are dying. Every day I say "Thank you Mr. Vish for sparing me" and I get considerably less hurt by the Dracovish. I thank Mr. Vish especially when he plunders other villages

The new 'mon will take some getting used to for me. It really does look kinda edgy. I'm guessing the movie will give it a tragic backstory to fit with it's looks. Maybe it's like the last one of it's kind and hates humans for hunting it's species to near extinction or hurting the planet and it's home?

In celebration of Pokemon Day, I plan on taking another go at Pokemon Silver. After playing OR & Moon, it felt so off going back to the earlier titles and experience it for the first time since I never grew up with the Game Boy games.

Edit: Little slip-up, I actually have Pokemon Silver.

That reminds me of how I own an original copy of Pokémon Gold.

Sadly something is really wrong with the cartridge since It glitches way too easily to the point you can't make any progress.

Thankfully emulation and rereleases exist doh.

Also, this is kinda out of nowhere, but what does "contrera" mean? I've started learning Spanish but I couldn't find it in my dictionary.

It is an expression from my island which I tend to use a lot.

I mostly use it to refer to anyone who I really enjoy talking with or are straight out close friends.

Oh, and yeah, Greninja winning top spot along with Lucario shows exactly why they're still in Smash. I know people argued to replace Greninja way back when because of the new Gen coming out but it's literally one of the most popular Pokémon nowadays evem 2 Gens after it's debut.

And yeah, Lucario is still there.

Also, my boy Toxtricity making it into the Top 20 and 2nd for Galar is just great

Every mewtwo has a different moveset. It’s meant to be either a physical sweeper, special sweeper, bulky physical, or bulky special from what I read. It’s a hell of a fight. I’m going to have to try some in a bit
