I would love it if the Fantastic Four had the black and blue suits from the most recent comics in UA3 with the clasic blue and white as costumes.

LM3 is probably the game I came out of E3 with my opinions changed on the most - it looks really promising

I am liking this 'we listen to feedback' timeline we're in with Nintendo - here's hoping it eventually extends to Paper Mario, though I'm not gonna be too optimistic

It'd be nice if they expanded on the relationship between Luigi and Daisy by having him rescue her for once.

But I already know the character they hinted at is King Boo. I don't feel like it could be anyone else, aside from maybe Mario.

One way they could try making the moveset more unique is to have more normals that use his shield as a weapon. Doesn’t he already have one attack that involves a shield bash? Mixing in martial arts moves is also on option, like with Link and Young Link, and one screenshot shows him doing a Lucario-like high kick as an aerial.

Yup, they did.

Not that it was needed imo, since you could human ghost in the trailer, but I guess lots of peoples didn't notice.

Well, yes.

I don't know if it's actual Portrait Ghosts or if that's just a form of terminology they're using since there are ghosts like them in the game. Either way, unique boss ghosts exist and there are quite a bit.

I don't get some comments I've been seeing saying that the direct was mediocre until right at the end. Yeah, that's where it released its big guns but it seemed to me that they had a constant stream of announcements, with something for everyone, throughout the presentation. If it had just focused on one game for ages that wasn't to everyone's tastes, sure, but it never dwelt on anything for too long. Really well balanced direct IMO

He specifically said he wasn’t sure either of the Nintendo games he talked about were at E3 just that they are coming

In fairness, Verge said he wasn't sure if Metroid and WarioWare were E3 games or not. He only knew they were coming.

To be fair, again, he did say he didn't expect the Metroid game to be here since it was still in developpment, he said "maybe they show it".

However, that doesn't excuse the Warioware game that he said WOULD apparear, and actually didn't. That one give me a bad taste, because I would have genuily like to see a new Wario game on switch.

edit: hold on, are my memories playing with me and that he did said that Warioware wouldn't apparear for E3 for sure?

Still. It'd be more hype to see that than last week's Swoshi recapped with nothing new but a character who'll be forgotten after 5 minutes. Especially if it' a sequel to Fusion. As in, what people were waiting for since 2001
