Ok. Taking away the exaggeration, I was at a bad place in life when Rillaboom was revealed, and I had put a lot of stock in it, or at least one of the starters, looking.... different, let’s say. And that was the trigger for a very bad breakdown that spiraled out of control into thoughts of

. And every time I look at that Pokémon I’m reminded of what I almost did. That’s why I get so.... hostile about it. I know it’s rediculous, and I try to play it off for laughs sometimes by comedically over-exaggerating. But that’s why I genuinely do not like looking at or being reminded of it.
