These are all really creative character/species choices for partners. I think Karade is my favorite. Duplighosts are great and I'd like to see more of them in the PM series, so making one into a partner is ideal, especially with the potential game mechanics to be gained from it. I also like her character background, and her design is just straight-up cute.

The rest are all solid characters as well. Their abilities are pretty fitting based on the species' powers and/or the character's traits and bio. I'd like to know more of Roshi's story in particular.

I'd say Mega Man 11. It's pretty short (can't speak for the length of Tropical Freeze, since I haven't beaten it), and for Devil May Cry 3, it might be worth waiting to see what's being added in the Switch version that's coming out in a little over a month. (Capcom's said that they're adding some new features to it, though it's unclear how major or minor they'll be)

I entered that amiibo Tag Team Tourney thing yesterday without feeding my amiibo and won.

Granted, the stages were favorable to me (Round 1: Prism Tower, Round 2: Pac-Land, Round 3: Distant Planet)

was me, was my amiibo.

I don’t enjoy all the gritty action based ones like Fairy Tale and Jojo.

But if you show me a K-ON!! clip or something from Oz No Mahōtsukai, I’ll be over it like a sun to a desert.

So my Nickit evolved, and I stopped playing after that. So initial impressions:

• It's Pokemon at it's core. Still fun and a time killer.
• The animations are a mixed bag. The human animations are really expressive, and the attack effects and animations are gorgeous. The Pokemon themselves... mixed.
• The graphics are mixed as well. The towns look beautiful, but the Wild Area is rough in areas.
• The Wild Area is a good idea, but it needs to be expanded on. Thankfully, they're doing that with the DLC.
• I'm not sure if this was the case for the 3DS games, but I do like that the route to town transition is seemless again.
• No random encounters. Thank God.
• I LOVE how expansive the city areas are now. I got a REALLY good first impression from the very first city you explore
• Grinding for Magikarp to evolve is actually painful
• This game is harder than Gen 7.

So far, it's a positive experience.

Didn’t really click with me (after one episode)
I might give Little Witch Academia a try.
There was one anime I vividly remember.
Something about a Squid trying to rule the world?
Probably just a myth though...
