Banjo and DQ both got into Smash, World Peace shall be achieved within the day

Technically it was Banjo and Steve fans that were fighting..... oh. Wow. I’m so sorry for their loss.

Still though, now is the time for me to buckle down on Crash and Dark Souls.

Also, no Three Houses or Sword and Sheild promo reps. If they were in they’d be coming out in the summer and fall slots. Close to when their games come out. This probably disproves any Astral Chain content too. At this point. First party picks to come are either not shill picks of any kind, or coming out in December/February.

Next character will probably be revealed in the September/Fall direct.

Also, Hero and Banjo will probably be getting videos like Joker’s to go over their gameplay.

I can see simple palette swaps working, considering Joker's school outfit only has 2 colors.

That said, Eight and Luminary do have alternate costumes.

For Eight, most likely he'd get the Dragovian armor as that actually plays a role with his backstory and getting one of the different endings. As for Luminary, the Erdwin set would seem likely.

At this point, I do believe First Party characters for DLC are unlikely.

Not impossible, but we have a pattern of 3 showing they're appealing to other companies for iconic or well-demanded characters.

Female alt is dead unfortunately. If you click on Luminary, you can swap between his costumes and color alts. No female alt in sight, but the alts for the other heroes are there.

As happy as I am for their fans, I myself couldn't get excited for The Hero, for a number of reasons...Not being familiar with Dragon Quest at all and having been around to witness the oversaturation of debates and discussions about the "Brave" leak and how extremely likely Erdrick was are the main reasons why.
