That bit was more of a "To everybody" deal rather than a "Toward You" deal. I wasn't saying that bit specifically toward you. But more to "everybody/anybody" and whatnot. That sort of deal.

No? Like, I know seeing actors talk about games and being gamers can be strange sometimes, but considering that I have seen Hugh Laurie AKA House play GBA Metroid and mention Arceus, I don't think actors talking about being gamers is really cringe worthy. Seriously, why haven't people guest-starred Hugh Laurie for video games/Metroid/Pokemon/etc aside from Little Big Planet 3?

And we still don't know all 12 months. Normally until the first Nintendo Direct gives us a good roadmap of what's to come, always has and has done so for the past two years. Once the February Direct comes, or if Nintendo wants to do a January one, then everything gonna be peachy keen again. Hell, we JUST got more SNES games and NES games today, why not give those a try? ESPECIALLY Kirby Super Star.

If anything? I'd say we're still gonna be eating GOOD for 2020. And we still got a looooot more to come, boys and girls.

So I cleared the first gym in my Pokemon Sword nuzloche. Despite being a pokemon player all these years, I've never actually finished a Nuzloche through to the end, and its funny how much more paranoid I play. Ever since my Blipbug was taken out by a Skwovet crit I've been freaking out if my pokemon has taken anything over 30% damage.

Anyway here's my team so far.

"Sparky" the Lv.18 Grubbin
"Azula" the Lv.20 Vulpis
"Baboom" the Lv.20 Thwakey
"Toph" the Lv.16 Drilbur
"Mareep" the Lv.15 Wooloo

RIP
"IQ" the lv.5 Blipbug, who taught me a lesson in caution.


I've beaten FE: Conquest on a hard mode iron man run before, so Pokemon Sword should be a cakewalk in comparison. I still expect at least one or two more deaths along the way though.

I do think based on the poll Nintendo did, that if three houses got A rep, it would be dimitri.
He was the most popular according to that so they would probably choose from there, but who knows

Time for some **** no one cares about.

Anyways, I finished watching the 90's Hulk cartoon again. I think this was the first time I watched it in full instead, in like 4 sittings. It's 21 episodes, and I can safely say that the first two thirds of the show or so were way better than I remember. I really dug the episodes with Thor, Ghost Rider and even that one with the Wendigo. The show did a good job of showing how ****ty Bruce's situation was. And made a solid effort in making both Bruce and Hulk characters you want to root for. I wouldn't say the show was "dark", but it had kind of a somber tone that I dug.

The last third was a lot worse though. It was mostly Bruce and She-Hulk kind of chuckle ****ing around and making a bunch of one-liners. Gray Hulk was basically useless and annoying. Rick Jones, the most 90's man alive got sandbagged, but at least Betty snuck back into the show towards the end. I probably would still like the lighter tone if it was either more consistent the whole way through or had said change in tone been a little more gradual. Like, Teen Titans and Static Shock are really good examples of balancing light-hearted episodes and serious ones.

It did give us Coolio Hulk. So the last third was still kind of worth it.

I always got confused with that era of Marvel cartoons since not all of them were made by Saban but still had that style to it :yoshi:

The one thing that makes me happy about tonight is now people won't have the "THEY NEED TO APPEAL TO A TGA AUDIENCE!"

Now the character is almost guaranteed to be dropped in a regular Nintendo Direct, meaning that they can pretty much have whoever the **** they want, no matter how 'obscure' they are.

It's weird how the Hulk, Iron Man, and FF are pretty well connected, and then Spider-Man and X-Men are. They all loop back together for Spider-Man's Secret Wars arc. So it works out in the end. Really the only awkward part after that is where exactly Silver Surfer fits into it.

I really would like another set of GOOD Marvel cartoons to do the connected universe again. It works much better for me in TV format.

I'm not super quick to throw out the leakbois yet to be blunt.

I have a very strong feeling that we're gonna hear something very close to whenever this Direct airs that ends up being true.
