Yeah, I think there are better Metroid games than Other M.
I don’t hate that game doh. It has its flaws and Adam Malkovich is a huge *****, but the game is still worth to try at least for the gameplay.

If this were at the cost of performance, then it'd be one thing.

I think Gen 2 was delayed, unless I am mistaken.
I played Gen 2, and though I am not completely sure, I don't recall a delay by then.
It's so surreal noticing how different models in cutscenes used to be. You can tell which cutscenes were added later in development because of the shading being not-as-good.

Level 5 delayed inazuma eleven game for several years and the anime views has gone downhill since then

Yeah, that’s why I’m not sure.
I remember a whole deal regarding Iwata stepping in to modify the entire map of the game and make Kanto more accurate to the Gen 1 incarnation.

The coding he did was what allowed Kanto to be in the game at all. Too bad there isn't an Iwata to help with Sword and Shield.

The more that i hear about Sword and Shield, the more grateful I am that Sakurai is the one running this game.
He literally said “developing all these characters take a ton of effort, but its for the fans” for SIMPLE BACKGROUND CAMEOS. Why can’t Gamefreak take notes from that dedication?
Plus, could you imagine how disastrous this game would be if Gamefreak was running this?

I would add Kuzco, Izma, the “It’s all coming together” guy (forgot his name sadly), Lilo & Stitch and the bad guy from the first Lilo & Stitch movie.
Mostly since they had Disney TV shows too.

I could see this actually. It’s very clear Gamefreak isn’t up to date on game design. Just look at the **** they did in the sun and moon files. At the end of the day if this leads to the full dex and them sort out stuff to have better development for future gens then maybe that can work pretty well
