The balance changes will be cool. I might play Winston alot more now that his Shield lasts longer.

That aside, the skins are fantastic and I got my 3 most wanted for Halloween skins, being Tracer, Lucio and Orisa. Ashe, Ana, and Widow also have great skins. Baptiste and Junkrat's epic skins are cool too. And we also can get Demon Hunter Sombra for free on the 3rd week. Pretty cool.
