The part where cameras weren’t rolling. It was at a press conference behind close doors and his trailer was just dropped afterward

I do kinda wonder how this place would react if Erdrick was the biggest flub in Smash history and he just never came this game.

I'm still not sure because it's like....you could have very well teased him with that big ass rolled out red carpet they gave Dragon Quest in that prior direct. It wouldn't have taken much or an extensive trailer or anything.

And his gameplay would have still been hype come E3. Now it's just like Erdrick is an asshole and late to the party that Nintendo threw for him.

haha yeah, that doesnt sound very hype considering they could've revealed it in front of crowds.
Well I would guess they'd do it better this time around.

Wii Fit was revealed in a similar way, been show off to the press on the show floor, to the point most of us thought it was a prank when WiiFit in Smahs started trending.

I figured it was time for a change haha. Plus, I actually feel confident about everyone's favourite bear and bird duo - not something I would have expected to say a year ago, that's for sure.

I was watching gamexplain’s sword and shield analysis and they think gardening might have a bigger role this time. There’s flower shops in each city it looks like and the professor has a flower garden. Leading them to think there may be an expansion to gardening beyond just berries

You can't deny though:
-Oregon Trail is an incredibly famous game
-Played by millions
-Settler is iconic and relatable, who hasn't had to cross Missouri to Oregon in the first half of the 19th century before?
-Incredibly influential game
-Would be surprising, matches with Reggie's statement
