Please don't remind me of those dark Sm4sh speculation times.

Morrigan would be amazing, but considering Darkstalkers is a cult classic at best, I don't think people are sleeping on her chances. She doesn't have much.

About the time Rosalina was added in Smash is when she became an obvious mainstay for the series and its spinoffs. She became a playable character in a main Super Mario game, made her debut in the Mario Party series, and began popping up in sports spinoffs like World Tour and Ultra Smash. She even got a baby version of herself in MK8.

A lot of people thought this was too much at once, and started complaining about her popularity. Aside from people who didn't already like her, I'm not exactly sure who else was unhappy with her frequent appearances. I'd imagine a few Daisy and Waluigi supporters may have been bitter, but I can't remember that for sure.

Yeah... that's not gonna happen. Designing sexy female forms for everyone and than modelling them is way too much work, that's why Demitri never appears in 3D games anymore.

Also that super has a disturbing amount of sexual undertones, so I doubt Sakurai would've give it to Demitri anyway.

I remember a lot of "unga bunga recent character means promotion" complaints, but they were a Smash 4 speculation mainstay in general.

We don't know if that's why he isn't playable. It might be just Sakurai didn't think about it. Or he wasn't requested enough. Or SEGA said no.

But I still wanna see all the additional things Sakurai would have done if the base game had been given more time.

Me too, but we keep getting new content one year after Ultimate's release, so I can't exactly complain.
