pokemon to gen 9 be like:

dynamax would actually damage pokemon bone structure and DNA from rapid growth and shrinking so you're a bad person for making them do that okay

But sadly, I have to go to the academy and study now.

Honestly I could maybe see this one sticking around since it takes the least amount of work out of all the gimmicks, all they gotta do is upscale the models instead of making new ones or new animations.

dynamax joltik but it's actually super small compared to every other pokemon

pros: rideable joltik
cons: now its 10 feet tall so its hard to climb on to ride

God, I may be finally watching Endgame today.

I don't mind if I don't in the end but this would close this day as one of the best moments of my live, with it even being close to January of this year.

We decided to remove the image, due to cracking down on inappropriate content and jokes. We're taking it very seriously this time, to put it mildly. I'm keeping this a 0 pointer though, since actual points would be unfair to give without warning here.

Full dumb**** thoughts
-Game lowkey looks much better, less plastic-ey
-Leaks were to good to be true, but damn they are true

Alright now that I've had a little time to sit and think about the Direct, some thoughts:

  • I truly loathe Leon's design. Can't wait for him to be evil somehow.
  • I'm now team Sobble because it'd be a sin to not let a dude named "Hop" have the bunny pokemon.
  • I'm confused. Are wild pokemon roaming where we can see them or is it random encounter? I saw both. Hope it's an on/off option.
  • These are probably the worst legendary designs they've made. I genuinely dislike them.
  • Four player co-op sounds fantastic, but I'm worried people will constantly drop out if the dynamax pokemon is random encounter. They said some pokemon will only be catchable after you catch their dynamax version, and I can see impatient people leaving any lobby that doesn't have the specific rare pokemon they're looking for.
