I might remember something like that. If it was a character that appeared in one episode, then it probably wasn't that hard to work around. I don't think it would be that hard to make Allister a girl in the anime either, but that's assuming they appear only a few times. If Allister were one of Ash's traveling companions or become a recurring character like most of SuMo's cast, it might be a bit tough.
While most people may, from what I know, the character was designed to be intentionally androgynous, so that people can see themselves in Frisk. To imply there's a right way to refer to Frisk's gender seems to defeat the purpose.

The thrill from knowing his fake leak was so believable that he was able to convince more than 70% of the people on this thread (yes, there was a poll) that we were getting Geno and Issac over the Pokemon who "stole" Decidueye's spot.
Most of those tended to be newer users so there wasn't that much of a loss for them since at best they were only here for a week. Also, a fair chunk of them contributed to the terrible nature of that period, so as harsh as it may be to say it was probably for the best they left if that was all they were here for in the first place.
I think the last thing Plant leaked was the Pokemon news that dropped a little while back, with Galar Weezing.
