What concerns me is the "Hate Speech" rules. These are better when the rules are simple. Don't harass/discriminate based on race, gender, identity, etc. Don't use epithets. BOOM. Done. The problems lie in the standards becoming much more broad and the scope of speech possibly causing someone discomfort being redefined. It does the opposite of its intended purpose. Creating a hostile environment rather than mitigating one...
