Now you're naming a stage. I really dislike the Paper Mario stage. It's the worst new stage of Smash 4 and maybe my least favorite stage of Smash 4 in general too.
I honestly think the first two parts were pretty well-made. The wind barely affected you, and also made for interesting battles. The remake of Pirate Ship was fine too. Neither had any major issues. The fact you can't fight on the last part at all(even harder than Gaur Plains which is pretty difficult to fight on in the first place. I would say Reset Bomb Forest is way better too. Even in its multiplatform part, it's not that hard to battle) because there's pretty much zero platforms to easily get onto. Using a character like Little Mac? Yeah, you're done. I also hate that Bowser's head rotates. Why was that added? If it didn't, it'd be a little easier to work with. You'd just land on the top or temporarily hide in the mouth part. But you can literally fall through the mouth.
Fun story: One of my only friends, named Shiny, and I played on that stage. We immediately disabled it after a Bowser's Mouth death. No other stage irked us like that. Like, every stage(even WarioWare) was severely more tolerable(and I am not a fan of that stage either). I even way prefer Mario Bros. and the original 75m too. I know it was updated to be better in 4, but even the original was still remotely fun. And was not even ridiculously hard to fight on. I mean, it still was a little, but yeah. Also, yes, I like Hanenbow more than Paper Mario's 3rd part. For the record, I have played zero Wii U stages, so don't ask me about 'em. 3DS only so far. And the previous games.
